In a pairing that is almost as odd as Anna Sui-designed boots for FitFlop, Jimmy Choo is teaming up with Ugg Australian to design a limited edition five-piece collection. Set to be called Ugg & Jimmy Choo, it seems that not all fashion fans are against the sheepskin Ugg boot with Jimmy Choo president Tamara Mellon claiming that “other than Jimmy Choo, Ugg Australia is the only other footwear I have in my wardrobe.”
The pairing will culminate in a range of Ugg boots “with design details that embody the spirit of the Jimmy Choo brand” according to a release, with prices rangeing from $585 to $795. Ugg & Jimmy Choo will be released in their respective stores in October this year. [FabSugarUK, Drapers]
