Le Specs Second Summer 2013-14 ad campaign

I love how sunglasses can take an outfit to a new level of cool, thanks to brands like Le Specs of course. Their latest campaign imagery for their spring summer collection, Poseidon, proves that point.

Shot along the sandy beaches of Norah Head, New South Wales, photographer Todd Barry and stylist Meg Gray infuse a modern, slick sophistication to models-of-the-moment Larissa Hofmann and Harvey Newton-Haydon.

The Le Spec’s Summer 2013-14 collection draws inspiration from aquatic mythology and monochromatic graffiti prints, and delving in a colour palette enthused by the rolling waves of backyard Bondi Beach, designer Hamish Tame updates the offering of Poseidon in which to brave the summer sun.

With the addition of new colours, textures and silhouettes, it’s no wonder that the likes of Rihanna and Cara and Poppy Delevingne are fans.
