French fashion house Chloe have announced that an English actress and a French model are taking over from Chloe Sevigny, Anja Rubik and Clemence Posey as the face of their namesake Chloe fragrance. A relatively unknown quantities, this worldwide contract means big things for Imogen Poots and Camille Rowe Pourcheresse.
Their first ad campaign as the new faces of the Chloe fragrance breaks worldwide this September 2011 with Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin behind the lense.
“Imogen Poots and Camille Rowe Pourcheresse are the perfect choice to represent the timeless and iconic Chloé fragrance. They both embody the Chloé woman in their own way: Imogen incarnates the natural and youthful side of the Chloé woman while Camille embodies her seductive and modern facet”, said Françoise Mariez, SVP International European Marketing Licenses, Coty Prestige.
Who is Imogen Poots?
An actress by trade, 21-year-old Poots (pictured above right) is known as one of England’s top young actresses. Her CV includes appearances in 28 Weeks Later and V for Vendetta. According to IMDB she is involved in 9 movies already this year. A ‘face’ virgin, this appointment marks the first product she has ever endorsed.
“I’m really proud to participate in this wonderful project, a campaign that allows different types of personalities to be shown”, said Imogen Poots.
Who is Camille Rowe Pourcheresse?
A French model and actress, 21-year-old Rowe Roucheresse (pictured above left) seems to be more well known for her appearance in Jalouse magazine and the Louis Vuitton Monogram Empreinte handbags ad campaign. Her film credits include Our Day Will Come with Vincent Cassel.
