Here’s a first look at British supermodel Georgia May Jagger as the new face of ANGEL by Thierry Mugler. The image shows the new direction the house of Mugler are taking with the the choice of Jagger and the graphic design. It was accompanied by two simple lines of copy:

Shot by Norwegian fashion photographer and film director Solve Sundsbo, the new graphic stylings keeps with the bold and daring style that have become synonymous with the Angel advertising campaigns and reflects the ‘Angel effect’ according to Christophe de Lataillade, Creative Director of Clarins Fragrance Group.
“The ANGEL effect is the metamorphosis of a woman who expresses the different facets of the fragrance: the celestial facet, which we might even call cosmic, the delicious facet and the voluptuous facet.”

Jagger follows in the footsteps of some of the world’s most beautiful women to embody the image of Angel, including her mother Jerry Hall. The early images were shot by Thierry Mugler himself with the first face of Angel was French model Estelle Lefebure when the fragrance first launched in 1992, followed by Hall, American model Amy Wesson, Hungarian model Anna Maria Cseh, Italian model Bianca Balti, the campaigns then took inspiration from Hollywood with a reconnected with its original magic in a contemporary fairy tale interpreted by Australian actress Naomi Watts, followed by Eva Mendes.
