The thing I love about L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival is that the magazine sponsored shows are styled by the magazines fashion editors themselves, so when Runway 01 sponsored by Vogue.com.au, we were expecting a killer show styled by Christine Centenera.
With a runway collection showcasing the best pieces by Akira, Carla Zampatti, Collette Dinnigan, Josh Goot, Maticevski, Scanlan & Theodore and Willow, the runway show featured show stopping pieces that made the audience gasp with amazement as perfectly styled combinations strutted down the runway. According to Vogue.com.au, for Autumn/Winter 2013 we should we wearing strong cuts, bold prints, lace gowns and pant suits. Easy.
The fashion was perfectly complemented by the Runway 01 makeup look, created by LMFF make up director, Rae Morris. Called Plum Fantasy, the face make up was kept minimal so the beautiful plum lips could really stand out.
