Its eBay Fashion Gallery’s 1st birthday and they’re celebrating with a super chic collaboration with some of Australia’s top fashion designers – Alex Perry, Bec & Bridge, Camilla, Michael Lo Sordo and Lisa Ho.
With a simple design brief of creating your own t-shirt print and each designer took inspiration from their spring/summer 2012 collections or their logo (as was the case with Bec&Bridge).
“To celebrate our first birthday we decided to team up with five leading and innovative Australian designers to create an exclusive t-shirt for eBay shoppers,” says Jo-Ann Hicks, eBay Australia Head of Fashion. “We decided to choose t-shirts because it’s one of the biggest categories on eBay and a very popular item. We sell almost 700,000 t-shirts every year and it’s also a very nice easy piece to have in every wardrobe.”
Modelled by Lara Bingle, there are only 250 eBay Fashion Gallery t-shirts created per designer. I have my eye on all of them, especially with the retail price at just $39 with free shipping! The t-shirts are on sale now at eBay Australia until sold out (hurry – some are flying off their warehouse shelves).

We couldn’t resist but pose a few quick questions to Michael LoSordo about his t-shirt designs and his spring racing plans. Read his responses below.
I teamed up with eBay Fashion Gallery to design a t-shirt because… not only was it a fun and exciting opportunity but I got to play around with t-shirt design.
This spring racing season I will be… Most likely working but off to the local to watch the race. I don’t do crowds that well so I stay away from the tracks.
My hot tip for picking winning horses at the races is… I’m hopeless at sport but the one rule I follow is go for the horse with the strangest name.
My summer staple (besides my awesome tshirt) is… My obsession with high tops sneakers, every season when I am traveling I put aside a day just to go shopping. Recently I was In Milan and took the day to shop at Corso di Porta Ticinese which is the cool hip part of town was fantastic.
