Some of our favourite fashion partnerships involve food and drink – think Rachel Bilson and Karl Lagerfeld for Magnum, Karl Lagerfeld for Diet Coke, John Paul Gautier and Diet Coke, BVLGARI and San Pellegrino… and now Alice + Olivia and Chandon.
To celebrate the warm weather, Chandon enlisted Alice + Olivia‘s Stacey Bendet to great the ultimate outfit to represent the American summer to complement their limited edition Chandon American Summer bottle. And the garment Bendet created? It was a white, blue and yellow striped romper, quite possibly the cutest thing in the (fashion) world.
“Chandon is fun flirty and playful, just like a+o. Who wouldn’t feel sexy in this romper when sipping Chandon from their Limited Edition summer bottle?” said Bendet in the release.
We’ve been gushing about the versatility of the romper to friends for the last year and a half – even going to far as to sporting not one but three rompers recently at Australian Fashion Week – so this limited edition design has jumped quite high up on our list of must-buy items already.
The Chandon Limited Edition American Summer Bottle will be available in 750ml and 187ml sizes from June 1 – Sept. 1, 2012 at www.chandon.com and select retailers across American. The Alice + Olivia for Chandon Limited Edition Romper will be available from select Alice + Olivia boutiques beginning June 1, 2012.
