Bambi Northwood-Blyth has her second outing for Australian shoe brand Tony Bianco in their Spring/Summer 2011 ad campaign. Still sporting those bushy eye brows that took her from a relative unknown and into campaign and look book work for almost every Australian fashion brand in the last 12 – 18 months, Northwood-Blyth is looking more mature.
Shot in the Port Botany, just outside of Sydney’s central business district on an industrial shipping location by Bec Parsons, the campaign shoes off Bianco’s new collection of sky high chunky platform heels in some enviably bright colours. For those who predicted the return of the platform-less shoe, it seems that high street want them to stick around for another season yet.
Northwood-Blyth, who also blogs for the high street shoe brand, braved the wintry conditions during the shoot and sought a warm coat between takes in a behind the scenes look on the Tony Bianco Facebook page.
Trevor Stones was the creative directory/stylist on the shoot, with the video above shot by Catherine Caines.
