Seafolly Swimwear has quite a line up for former face’s/ambassadors, from the sultry high-fashion Catherine McNeil to Victoria’s Secret Angel Miranda Kerr – all before they were snapping up high paying gigs. Now you can add another Australian model to the must-watch list – Sarah Stephens.
Stephens may have a CV which includes appearances on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway as well as ad campaigns for Lacoste, United Colours of Benetton and Diesel, the fashion world has yet to become her oyster like the aforementioned models. But the announcement that she is the 2011 Seafolly Ambassador for Australia is a step towards that direction.
Seafolly CEO Anthony Halas said, “We are delighted to have Sarah on board as one of our 2011 faces. Sarah embodies Seafolly and we are over the moon to be able to showcase the expanding D cup market and how D cups CAN be stylish, sexy and fashion forward.”
Shot in the beautiful islands of the Maldives by David Gubert the Spring/Summer 2011 collection is inspired by the Miami beach goddess to the Italian pin-up bombshell. The choice of Stephens comes as Seafolly announce that they have expanded their swimwear selection into the D cup market with the Australian model’s ample assets.
We were lusting after a high-waisted bikini bottom in a style reminiscent of the 1960s, as seen in Mad Men when Don Draper goes to California with Pete and meets the gorgeous Joy. Now we have to look no further.
