Katy Perry was announced as the first celebrity global brand ambassador for ghd last month and we were given an exclusive sneak peek at some behind the scenes images of the first series of ads are themed around ‘Iconic Era’s of Style.’
With David LaChapelle behind the lens, the campaign was set to be bold, surreal and exciting (just pop his name into Google Images and you’ll see what I mean). We were surprised to see the toned down images of the 70’s Boho Chic shoot, though the plastic covered set provided some a few bemused comments.
The other two images from the Iconic Era’s of Style campaign were: 50’s glamour and 80’s new wave – all styles you can do at home with your own ghd Styler.
