Word on the streets of is that Lady Gaga is rumoured to be considering creating a collection for Alexander Mcqueen to celebrate Lee’s life. With her space girl chic and riot of revealing outfits, this singer-songwriter has been seen sporting many Mcqueen designs over the years – we all remember that bondage dress she had to be cut out of and those armadillo runway shoes featured in her ‘Bad Romance’ video.
A little birdie from London’s music industry has been chirping to us that Gaga’s agent is pushing for a collaboration in the form of a design project with the fashion brand. Lee took his own life on February 11th 2010 and the ostentatious performer reportedly would like to create something to remember his name.
Leotards, outrageous shoes and lots of drama anyone?
[Ed’s note] We’d like to believe this rumour, but Lady Gaga is fresh off her collaboration with Nicola Formichetti for his recent Thierry Mugler menswear show in Paris where she provided the soundtrack for. But we’re putting it out there – have you heard anything? Would you like to see Lady Gaga collaborate with the new creative director of Alexander McQueen, Sarah Burton?
