We’re use to seeing American model Jamie Bochert looking grungy (case in point, the Rodarte for Target look book) or a little freaky (the Lanvin S/S 2010 mens ad campaign) but never do we see her looking truly feminine. Which is what makes the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2010 advertising campaign a little interesting. In the first look (below) she posed like a ballerina as she hovered near a toilet, but in the latest shot she’s draped on the ground look a little… err clown-ish. Simply put, we’re not a fan of the makeup, it’s a little too traditional Chinese opera for our tastes, the flat shoes and the fact that the floor pose reminds us a little too much of the Victoria Beckham for MJ ad campaign, but we are curious to see more of the Juergen Teller shot campaign.
Are you?
