It seems that designers are doing their best to keep print calendars in fashion. Following on from his 2009 calendar for Italian Marie Claire, Karl Lagerfeld has again teamed up with the magazine to produce a 2010 calendar staring his current muses Anna Mouglalis and Baptiste Giabiconi. Inspired by the golden moments of Italian cinema, the calendar’s 25 images play homage to the likes of Sophia Loren, Gina Lollobrigida and Marcello Mastroianni.
30,000 copies of the calendar will be packaged with Italian Marie Claire’s January 2010 issue for €9.90 and hits newsstands in Italy on December 6, 2009.
