Reports last week were that Heidi Klum was not going to walk down the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway, believable because the 36-year-old mother of four just gave birth to Lou Sulola Samuel last month. But she surprised us all by taking to the runway last night covered in green vines. She told People.com that “I’m definitely one of the heaviest of the bunch of the 30 girls in the show. And I still have 20 lbs. to go,” she admits. “But why not? I like my outfit. I like the way it looks on me.”
She looks great to me, but if you’re surrounded by a group of girls in their teens and early twenties, it’s understandable that the extra 20 lbs. may count for something. It was great to see Klum on the runway with so many Victoria’s Secret Angel’s out of action, especially with the new Angels on board. [Modelina]
