There were teeny weeny polka dot bikini’s at Rosa Cha‘s spring 2010 show as part of New York Fashion Week. But there was more than just swimwear as the Brazilian designer showed a polished collection of beachwear by the brands new creative director, Alexandre Herchovitch.
