Anyone not in Australia must thing that Target Australia is infinitely more stylish “Down Under” than it is in America. After it can boast Stella McCartney, Zac Posen, and the lesser know but equally cool Josh Goot and the stylish Collette Dinnigan as collaborators with the Australian branch of the retail chain.
Now another designer has come on board. Prada has come to town. Yes Prada, in the form of their LG Prada KE850 mobile phone.
Aimed at stylish young women, the phone will cost only AUD$399 (approx USD$363) for a pre-paid account. Target launched the phone today at 7:45am where gift bags were handed out and a lucky girl who woke up to get in line won a LG Prada phone.
Did you ever think you could buy Prada from Target? Perhaps one day pigs will fly.
Now, who’s next in line for a collaboration with Target Australia, or even Target America? Word is it could be Alexander McQueen.
