A first class trip around the world? Forget it, Burberry wants us to lust after (and perhaps buy) their Warrior bag.
The Burberry Warrior bag follows in the footsteps of the Burberry Manor and Burberry Knight bag as the must have bags from the English fashion house, but this one could set potential buyers back a bit more. While a basic leather version will barely have seasoned IT bag buyers blinking an eye at £1,595, with the lizard and python versions will cost to £11,000, while the gold alligator skinned version (pictured above right) will set you back £13,000.
Burberry has reported that the Warrior bag already has a growing waiting list, but for those who don’t have time to visit (or even call) Burberry, you can preorder the medal studded alligator skin Warrior bag for $22,000 on BurberryUSAOnline.com.

Meanwhile, don’t be confused by the photographs, this is not a small bag. It measures in at 17″ x 7″ x 7″ so it is just not as deep as most other bags.

I agree, it’s nothing special – the women who are spending that much money obviously have nothing else better to spend it on (in their view anyway – what about donating the money to charity)
I LOVE the one on the left, but the one on the right I find quite ugly.
And seriously, people who can drop that much money on a handbag are ill. Do something worthwhile if you have that much money to burn! I know it has been said before, but that sort of money could feed a whole town of starving people for a year!
I read an article on the weekend about the demise of the IT bag. The fact that so many people now own $1000+ handbags means that there is now a market for $10,000 IT bags, which will eventually cause the demise of the IT bag as only the very rich will be able to attain the new IT bags.
I dont like either of them.
