Harper’s Bazaars best dressed for 2007 features Moss, Mirren, Vodianova

British Harper’s Bazaar are releasing their annual best dressed list for 2007 in their December issue, and after checking out the top ten, I am curious about how they compiled their list.

First notable absence from the top 3 was Kate Moss, who managed to scrape in at tenth place, and then you have to question how the likes of Thandie Newton, Lily Allen, Emily Blunt, J K Rowling and Anouck Lepere came in above her. None of those women are known for their fabulous fashion, but have been more consistent in their designer gowns when they did make a showing on the red carpet.

Bazaar described their best dressed for the year, Russian model, Natalia Vodianova as “an adventurous dresser who rarely succumbs to black for evening dressing.”
